Customer Reviews

"My wife had an appointment today in Minden and after we wanted some breakfast but not fast food, so I found the Cowboy Cafe on Google maps and decided to try it. It's a really nice with old fashioned Cowboy decor which we thought was cool and very organized and clean. Our server was pleasant and always available, the breakfast was amazing and the price point was about what you would expect. I had the Short stack of Blueberry pancakes which came with two eggs and two sausage patties and my wife had the chicken fried steak which came with two eggs and toast and hash browns. Both of our meals were superb, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Cowboy Cafe to friends and family..."

"1st time here. I was dining by myself. Started for the counter however was offered a table I gladly accepted. Service was quick, she was on top of making sure everything was alright and my coffee always full without being overly attentive. Food was excellent. Had the Cowboy Bene. Portions were large. Atmosphere excellent. Small but extremely comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely return next time in Minden"

"The name says it all, a cowboy theme cafe with a warm and inviting atmosphere. A home away from home kind of feeling. Only open till 2pm. Menu served breakfast and lunch with decent size portions. A must try when passing through town"

"Don't tell anyone about this review. I want them all to myself. Cute server, cook is a magician. We'll be back! Cowboy bene, sausage eggs and po cakes YUMMMM LUV MY TANK TOP!"

"I wouldn't recommend based on my food. Chicken fried steak was pretty lousy, the hash browns were inedible (tasted like dirty water), and the gravy was pretty cheap tasting and bland. It all tasted very low quality, like it was direct from a food service. It's 5-10min later and I'm not feeling so good. Cute place inside with fun cowboy memorabilia and old rifles."
